Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

2. Ordering and when a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Stripe emails you a receipt when payment is taken, but that is not acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item (for example it is out of stock or there is a pricing error) we will tell you and refund any payment for it.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Postage is a flat £5.99 per order. We deliver to Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK. If an order is placed for such an address we will cancel it and refund you in full. Tracked delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch; dates are estimates, not guarantees. 5. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of the goods arriving, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return) to your original payment method, including the £5.99 delivery charge if you cancel the full order. 6. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a refund, and after that a right to repair or replacement, then a refund or price reduction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Product safety

Please read the age grade and warnings shown with each product and follow them. See Product safety & recalls.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses, as we sell only to consumers.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
