Changing your mind: 14-day cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the goods arrive with you (or the day the last item arrives, if you ordered several).

1. Tell us within the 14 days that you want to cancel. Email hello@loshybear.co.uk. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. We'll reply with the returns address. Please email us first, as we don't publish a returns address on this site.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Return postage

You pay the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please package the goods carefully and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund goes to the original payment method. If you cancel the full order we also refund the original £5.99 standard delivery charge.

Please return the goods in a fit state to be resold. We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because of handling beyond what is needed to check them.

Faulty or wrong items

If something is faulty, not as described or the wrong item, your rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods and get a refund. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or if that is not possible, a refund or price reduction. Email hello@loshybear.co.uk with your order details and a photo if you can, and we will arrange the return and cover the postage.
