Reporting a safety issue

If you have a safety concern about anything you bought from us, stop using it and email hello@loshybear.co.uk with your order details, a description of the problem and photos if you can. We take every report seriously and will respond promptly.

Squishy toys

• Do not heat, freeze or microwave squishy toys.
• Supervise young children while they play.
• Stop using a toy that is torn, split or damaged.

Age grades

Every product shows an age grade. It is based on safety, such as small parts and how a toy is used, not just on how much fun a child will have. Please choose toys that match the age of the child.

Small parts warning

"Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Choking hazard." means the toy, or something that can come off it, is small enough to be swallowed or to block a young child's airway. Keep these toys away from children under 3 and clear away packaging and loose parts after opening.

Packaging

Plastic bags and packaging can be dangerous. Dispose of them safely and keep them away from babies and young children.
